I hit a deer October 12, 2010 in the early hours of the morning on my way to work, driving our dodge charger (at 70). My charger was at Gilmore's shortly after 8 am that same morning. Within 30 minute's of the charger arriving at Gilmore's, the insurance adjuster (go Warren!) was assessing the damage to the car. Work began early Wednesday morning, with the insurance adjuster keeping in close contact with the progress on the car. Our car was ready and DELIVERED early the following Tuesday morning. We could not have asked for a better experience with Gilmore's!!! I would recommend them to anyone (have already done so on several occasions). They did a fantastic job on the charger. I'm not from the Wichita Falls area, so when my car was in an accident, I had to depend on referrals to find a good repair shop. Several of my friends told me they had used Gilmore's and they were very pleased with the service. I had to write this review because they far exceeded my expectations( I'm very picky). I had get my front bumper and my rear bumper replaced on my 08 Cadillac Escalade and it looks outstanding.

The best part of the entire experience was, I received my car back the same day. When I initially took my car in to get the estimate they ordered the parts, so when I took it back a week and half later all they had to do was paint the bumpers and put them on. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call around 4:30 the same day to let me know my car was ready.

My wife took our 2009 Acadia to Gilmore's Collision center in August 2010 with extensive side damage to the door and rear fender. The team at Gilmore's was quick to assist her with all her questions with simple to follow instructions and made sure that everything was taken care to get her back on the road. When they took the vehicle in for work the Gilmore's team worked with the rental company and made sure that we had a rental that would fit our needs due to planned family vacation. Gilmore's followed up regularly with both of us to provide the status of the vehicle so we were up to date on the expected completion timeframe at all times. The actual work that was performed on our vehicle was amazing. It looks great and there is absolutely no evidence that an accident ever occurred at all!! I have been blessed to live in the city of Wichita Falls, TX since 1993. My Wife and I have made a life here and have a wonderful family. We have both had our share of fender benders in our time here in the Falls. Some of the experiences when dealing with body shops or collision repair business have been riddled with disappointment. We have seen it all from the unruly shop, to the poor location, an unfriendly staff, or just a general cast of characters. I am pleased to report that if you are in need of repair to your vehicles appearance then you need look no further than Gilmore's Collision Center. I was treated with respect the minute I walked in the door. I was waited on within 5 minutes and I had a full estimate with in 20 minutes. I walked out the door with an estimate in hand. I called the claim in to my insurance company and had the maintenance scheduled by the end of the day. Gilmore's was listed as a guaranteed Repair Shop with my insurance provider. This means if I was dissatisfied for any reason with the repair that it would be fixed at absolutely no charge to me. I was offered a rental car by the on site Hertz provider and when I voluntarily turned this service down I was asked by the owner himself, James Gilmore, if I would need a ride back to my office. I called to pick my truck up this morning and it was sitting in the parking lot waiting for me. It was clean and presentable. Even the inside of my truck had an appearance that nobody had even been inside of the cab. I run a successful Plumbing Wholesale Business and understand the value of customer service. Gilmore's Collision Center will be my repair shop of choice for the duration of my life in Wichita Falls, TX.
